The program is led by experienced diving instructors and includes: a diving theory and equipment lesson, a practical diving lesson in the divers' pool and finally a dive in the open sea.  At the end of this program, participants receive a PADI DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING certificate and are able to complete their Open Water diving course within a year at any one of the 4700 PADI diving clubs around the world. 

Participants must be at least 12 years of age, younger participants require a private diving instructor at an additional cost.

The duration of this program is 4 hours.
